SceneSat Cosmodrome
Run your Event on SceneSat.
Cosmodrome is the workspace SceneSat gives event organizers. Plan an edition, take it live, publish what is playing and read how many people heard it — without going through us for every step.
Sign in with any active, verified SceneSatID: the party slide directory is open to everyone straight away, and you can ask for an Event Series, an Event or a guest station of your own — a person reads every request, and an approved one is created and handed to you. Being invited to an existing Event or Series works as it always has.
What the workspace does
Series and editions
A Series is the party; an Event is one edition of it. Name the standing team once and it covers every future occurrence. Creating next year’s edition, editing it and moving it from planned to live to complete is self-service end to end.
Streams and Now Playing
An edition inherits its Series’ audio and video bindings on creation. Publish Now Playing, watch output status change live, provision an Event-owned audio channel against your quota, and open Video Control or your Event’s Oreol overlays from the same page.
Chat recording
Point the Zond recorder at the Discord servers and Twitch channels your party actually uses, for the window the broadcast runs, and give each one its own chat commands.
Guest stations
If you run a show rather than a party, this is also where episodes are edited — tracklists, cue sheets, chat logs and transcripts, against the recording itself.
Audience figures
Peak concurrent listeners and viewers for an Event, archive plays and downloads for a station, broken down by day. An Event that ran before sampling began says so rather than reporting a zero.
Party slides
Demoscene parties promote each other, and the slide rotation that runs between SceneSat broadcasts is part of how. The library lives here: a directory anyone can browse without signing in, and one Oreol can pull straight into a slideshow rotation, so a party’s announcement reaches every stream carrying it.
